Rage : I can understand how it seems so after only 6 pages :), but don't worry everything will soon (or in time :)) make sense. It's normal to feel a little like the story isn't very usual and goes fast so far ... it will all make sense soon. After all we're only at the 6th page :). And I don't intend to spend countless pages on one single fight like in DBZ for exemple (no 300 pages fight scenes ... sorry :)). The Kyrian Chronicles will be more about storytelling with I hope a good balance of intrigue and action. Thanks for your message and kind words.

E_VAN2 : DBZ was a great source of inspiration for me... along with Saint Seiya, these anime are the reason why I draw today. Are you not sure you're imagining things with Bejita (that's his real name btw... Vegeta being the translation in English) or Freeza ? I really see no resemblance with any of those characters here. But I'll admit the overall looks of my character design is resembling the one of DBZ (but also Saint Seiya). But the characters themselves and the feeling I try to communicate with my art is very different though.

Well if you think what I think, it's logical. It's just a standard fight scene with a unique story behind it. There's always a good and a bad guy... so actually you could compare all comics with Chris' ones and say they look like each other :)

Very good text and drawing! About the text, I have to say the English version by far oblitarate the French one, as you probably know : ) For the drawing, it's been only a few weeks since the start, but one can already notice the progress as the touch becomes stronger and more personal, like is clearly shown on the last image of this page(the "you're not making any sence" one). Keep on the good work!

Awesome. The characters do resemble DBZ slightly, but its also apparent that they are also very different. The effects are incredible, along with that, the dialogue isn't bad either. I'm on the edge of my seat!

E_VAN2, please press caps lock. Of course it looks a bit like DBZ, it is his main source of inspiration. But, can't you see it is not the same quality of drawing?
Go buy glasses. BTW, How old are you E_VAN? I bet you are not more than 12.

It's good! But ther is one problem, it is too similiar to DragonballZ. A first timer on this site would think it was a later version of Vegeta.
